Services can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, email, or in-person. Bookings are confirmed once we receive your request and availability is verified. A booking confirmation will be provided with the date, time, service type, and price.

2.2 Reservation Requirements

• You must provide accurate personal information during booking
• You are responsible for providing advance notice of any health conditions, injuries, or allergies
• Booking constitutes agreement to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

2.3 Age Requirement

Our spa services are available to individuals 18 years and older. Minors may only receive services with parental/guardian consent and presence.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Cancellation Notice

• 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling without penalty
• 12-24 Hours Notice: 50% service fee retained; 50% refund available
• Less Than 12 Hours or No-Show: Full service charge applies

3.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment. Subject to availability, rescheduling within the same month is typically provided free of charge.

3.3 Company Cancellation

We may cancel or reschedule bookings if circumstances beyond our control require it (emergencies, natural disasters, etc.). We will provide alternative dates or full refunds in such cases.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices on our website are current as of the last update date.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service or as pre-arranged
• We accept cash, card payments, and digital payment methods
• Late payment may result in service cancellation or rescheduling

4.3 Deposits and Packages

Deposits for package bookings are non-refundable if services are not used within the agreed timeframe. Package validity and terms will be specified at booking.

You must inform our therapists of:

5.3 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if we believe the client's health or safety would be at risk, or if the client is under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

5.4 Limitation of Liability

Pattaya Russian Thai Spa is not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or outcomes resulting from spa services, except where such liability is mandated by law. By booking, you assume all risks associated with the service.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Client Behavior

Clients agree to:

• Treat all staff and other guests with respect
• Maintain appropriate behavior during sessions
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct
• Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines

7.2 Consequences of Misconduct

Clients who violate this code of conduct may be asked to leave immediately, forfeit their service fee, and be banned from future services.

8. Photography and Social Media

Photography and recording are not permitted in spa areas without explicit written consent. Clients may not photograph, record, or share images of the facility or services on social media without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, designs, logos) is protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Warranties
